Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring Workshop
BHSCA are running an Advantage accredited workshop to gain a qualification in Coaching & Mentoring.
The Coaching and Mentoring Pool is committed to developing skilled, confident and professionally trained coaches and mentors who can provide high-quality support to individuals, teams and organisations across a range of sectors.
To support this, we are now offering a Level 3 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring, accredited through Advantage.
This
3 day, face to face, interactive programme will provide you with all the skills to support others on their coaching journey.
To gain the qualification, you will be expected to be an active member of the Coaching and Mentoring Pool and complete at least 6 hours of coaching, alongside a short assignment.

Open Cohorts
Our accredited Level 3 Coaching & Mentoring Workshop is now open to expressions of interest from individuals outside our partner organisations, as well as Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust and Buckinghamshire Council colleagues who would like to join a future cohort sooner.
The workshop costs £500 per participant, with discounts available for organisations booking cohorts of five or more delegates.
