Support Network for Registered Managers
Registered Manager Networks
Registered Manager (RM) Networks provide a safe and supportive space for managers to come together locally, connect with peers, and share experiences. They offer an opportunity to discuss challenges openly, exchange ideas, and build a strong and positive collective identity across the sector.
What Managers Gain from the Networks
At each network meeting, managers can:
- Share knowledge and good practice
- Access peer support and problem‑solving opportunities
- Hear from expert guest speakers, including:
- Local CQC inspection teams
- Commissioners
- Integrated Care System (ICS) representatives
- Sector support organisations
- Receive certificates of attendance, which can be used as CPD evidence for the CQC
These networks are designed to help managers feel connected, informed, and supported in their leadership roles.
